Zoho HRMS Implementation Expert
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to implement a complete HRMS flow using Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho Payroll, with custom workflow automation and role-based controls.
Project Scope Includes:
• Zoho Recruit:
• Custom visa processing module (medical, ID, insurance, etc.)
• Workflow for approvals and PRO tracking
• Link visa/related costs to each candidate
• Zoho People:
• Advanced Shift Management for rotating schedules (3–4/day)
• Biometric integration + break-time tracking
• Violation system (e.g. phone use, dress code)
• Monthly Performance Review Automation with escalation logic
• Leave request system for non-portal users with email/form integration
• Monthly leave balance emails to staff without login access
• Zoho Payroll:
• Rule-based salary deductions (violations, late punches, etc.)
• One-click salary processing with payslip-only access for employees
• General Requirements:
• Custom role-based access (HR, Sales Supervisor, Finance, etc.)
• Workflow automation across modules
• Integration with Zoho Expense & Zoho Books
• Migration from existing system (Great HR) with audit and validation
Deliverables:
• Clear milestones per module
• Timeline and testing plan
• Final documentation and admin training
