Zoho Desk - Blueprint

My project is to create a custom Blueprint in Zoho Desk. The operation will be a "Handover" operation. One department will request another department for the customer payment receipt, that will notify and trigger the Handover process thorough to operations requiring a final process confirmation of the client to be contacted by a specific department.
