Zoho Desk API Developer to update zoho tickets

We need an developer who can work very good with Zoho Desk API.
We are doing this:
1. Open Zoho Desk
2. Export Zoho Desk to CSV file.
3. We modify some custom fields in excel
4. We save the csv.
Your job:
Now we need an API Script to reupload the csv file into Zoho Desk to update the tickets and their custom fields.
