Zoho Crm integration with wordpress website

I have worked with my past developer on doing a zoho crm integration with my wordpress website. He suggested to purchase wooventory plugin and we did but the integration did not work. I wasn’t receiving the leads on zoho crm. I need help in either fixing this issue so I can start receiving the leads. If there is an option to do this integration with a free plugin that would be the ideal thing to do for me.
