YClient is the medical and cosmetic spa platform https://www.yclients.com/en it has open API, We are having Zoho one subscription. The basic functions both platforms shoudl have is reciprocal exchange of the information. First function to integrate is creation of the custom forms about the medical procedures that should be sent to the client automatically upon booking an appointment. Form should be online signable with digital pen or finger(via Zoho forms), then in the Y-client should appear a notification that client has signed the form. All pictures and signed documents concerning the client should be visible with one click by opening the workdrive file. Uploading should also load the images onto that file.
Online payments for the prodicts and services should be reflected on the zoho books, crm and y-client
Loyalty points . The basic function is that every spent Euro account to one point. Because invoicing is done on Zoho books it should be accounted on the Yclint loyalty points.
