Zoho Creator- build customer support app
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want an app built via Zoho that is branded to our company, so that our VIP membership customers can have their own portal to use for communication and tasks. The app should include:
- Home page will include membership information and perks. Have login link, have signup link. Signup link takes them to checkout page to select their plan.
- Manage their subscription to our VIP program. (via Zoho subscriptions)
- Allow user to submit service requests to us (via Zoho Desk)
- Allow user to create a "Punch List" of tasks that they want done during their next service appointment. This should be a running list they can add/edit/delete. Our Admin users should be able to cross these tasks out when they are done. (keep task history)
- Allow user to send us messages through the app.
- Reference back to Zoho CRM with all relevant customer data.
Notes: Customer MUST be on a paid plan to access this portal. If their membership expires, they cannot log in, but will be redirected to signup or reactivate their account.
