Zoho Creator Expert for Logistics Portal

We are seeking a Zoho Creator expert to build a role-based logistics portal and integrate it with our Laravel backend via API. The platform must support two user roles. The Client Dashboard will allow users to submit load requests, view bid responses, track shipments in real time, and access invoices and documents. The Driver Dashboard will enable users to view assigned shipments, review trip statistics and completion details, see payment history, and access documents such as PODs and 1099s.
Your work will include creating core forms for Clients, Drivers, Load Requests, Shipments, Invoices, Driver Payments, and Documents. You will build role-based dashboards using Zoho Creator’s Panel Builder with dynamic filtering so that each user sees only their data. You will implement workflows using Deluge scripting to automate actions like creating payment records when shipments are delivered and triggering notifications.
The project requires API integration with our Laravel backend using OAuth 2.0 for secure REST API calls. You must enable bidirectional data exchange for load submissions, shipment updates, and payment status using webhooks or Deluge’s postUrl() function.
In addition, the system must sync with other Zoho products. It should integrate with Zoho CRM to manage Clients and Drivers, with Zoho Books to automate invoicing and payment tracking, with Zoho WorkDrive to store PODs, invoices, and 1099s, and with Zoho Flow to automate data transfers between applications.
