Zoho Creator Custom APP; Developer needed to transform Excel calculator into Zoho

We are looking for a person to transform our existing excel spreadsheet (calculator) into a web-based version. The web version could allow our clients to have the dashboard, calculator, and report pages to make their calculation. A customer portal is required for the our clients to log in to access our application and manage/update their data/information.
