I'm looking for a Zoho CRM Widget that integrates with the WhatsApp API. This widget should be able to handle both sending and receiving messages.
Key Requirements:
- The widget should facilitate sending messages to leads/Contacts via WhatsApp.
- It should also be capable of receiving incoming messages & Chat
- I want the ability to track message interactions.
Additional Features:
- The widget should support the use of message templates, allowing for consistent communication.
- It should also be able to handle media attachments, enabling richer conversations
