Zillow/Rabbu scraper and calculator -- 2

This scraper delivers information on potential real estate acquisitions that may be a good Short Term Rental Investments.

The outbut is a daily csv that has the properties mapped to either easymapmaker, google maps or the free map software of your choice with the following data points:

The product should scrapes every property under $350,000 listed in Florida daily from Zillow.

Then it puts each one through the Rabbu API to figure out nightly rental rate.

- Calculates payback period
- calculation = 12*(.4*SRP)/(SRP*12)
- Calculates IRR of property
