Zendesk Integration with CRM

Hello, I have these questions, I am currently using Zendesk platform for the pre chat and main chat function on my website.
Do you know any other platform that is more flexible that can be used on my site as an alternative to Zendesk? I want to have a pre chat, main chat and to create tickets, it is very important and it is possible to introduce communication with customers, where they can in our ticket with them to upload something and good functionality and is there any point to upload some data from zendesk platform if all information is hosted? If I want to stop working with them, or do I need to offload information from my account to zendesk? Thanks for the answer!
