I am in need of proficient assistance to integrate Zendesk CRM with my existing systems, specifically through API and email. Your main tasks will encompass:
- Setting up the default features of Zendesk CRM in absence of specific feature preferences.
- Performing API integration for seamless interoperability with our current systems.
- Establishing an effective email integration to enhance communication efficiency between the CRM and our other systems.
Please note that ideal candidates will have:

- Strong problem-solving skills
