Zend framework with geocoding

I have a website made in Zend framework which uses geocoding for information between 2 locations anywhere in the world. All searches are stored in a database which is supposed to be quite large now. Not much has been done to the site in the last few years and it needs to be made faster, better and more beautiful. Also Google ignores an enormous amount of pages although they are stored in the database. I need someone with exoerience in Php, Symfony, jquery, Zend Frameworks, Google Maps API, CSS, javascript
