Zen Cart and OSCommerce Experts

We are looking for Zen Cart Experts.
Our system is built on an older version of Zen Cart but highly customised.
We have several issues going on due to the customisation and require the following.
1. At least 5 years experience building Zen Cart sites
2. Preferably built own modules and customised Zen cart.
3. Knows how to upgrade and improve older Zen Cart.
Our requirements;
- Fix product attributes and optoinsso it works on front end and backed admin area is simple to use.
- Fix our stock system - Someone who understands how stock works is a must.
- Shopping Cart to be made to AJAX updated - Without refresh button or HTML update.
- Replace all old icons and buttons to Modern Buttons and Icons.
At a minimum.
