Zapier: sync Freshdesk/Magento

Hi,
I need for a customer of mine to update records from Magento/Freshdesk.
It's possible to use Zapier or something else.

Requests:
- sync/update contacts (Magento and Freshdesk)
- Sync/update ticket (freshdesk)
- Sync order (Magento).

Only consultant with experience on Zapier and with SQL.
Please don't make proposal without requested properly skills .
