Zapier hubspot wpforms integration - Associations between deals and contacts + info in notes

Hi, i have set up wpforms hubspot connection in Zapier. We have two problems.
1. We cannot create the associations between new created deals and contacts. So when a new contact and deal are created (by the zapier connection), they are connected to each other in hubspot.
2. We need all the info from the WPform + form name to appear within the notes of the newly created deal (by Zapier into hubspot).
Can someone help?
