Zapier Automation: Resource Guru to Magic Text
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I'm looking for an expert in Zapier who can automate the flow between Resource Guru and Magic Text for me.
Key Requirements Resource GURU and Magic Text
- Updating Bookings in Resource Guru
- Sending notifications based on the bookings
- When a booking is made, there are times the booking will be changed within 5 minutes.
- there could be numerous changes in Resource Guru within that set period of 5 minutes.
- When the resource (person) is notified by text message, only the latest booking details are sent. The latest booking will be after a set period of time, such as 5 minutes.
- this is for new and updated resources.
Key Requirements Resource GURU and Empolyment Hero
- When a new employee is created in Empolyment hero - the details need to be sent to Resoruce Guru as a new "People" with First Name, Last Name, Email address and Phone Number.
Key Requirements Resource GURU and Procore
- When a new project is created in Procore - the details need to be sent to Resoruce Guru to Create a new Project - Job Address, Job Code, Job Start Date and Finish Date (if available)
Trigger:
- The automation should initiate upon a new booking / updated booking is being created in Resource Guru.
Action in Magic Text:
- When a new booking / updated booking is created in Resource Guru, the system should send a text message to the resource via Magic Text. But it must be the latest booking.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience with Zapier
- Familiarity with Resource Guru and Magic Text
- Understanding of project management and resource scheduling
- Strong communication skills for clarity and updates
