Zapier Automation Developer for Harvestapp & HubSpot
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I'm in search of a seasoned developer who can create a robust Zapier automation connecting Harvestapp to HubSpot. Previously, we had a web server-based solution which worked seamlessly. Now, I want to transition this functionality onto Zapier, if it's feasible.
Key Functions:
- The automation should update our CRM data effectively and timely.
- It should take the HRN field from Harvestapp, extract the dollar amount, and update the corresponding field in HubSpot.
Access:
- I have admin access to both Harvestapp and HubSpot, so I can facilitate any necessary permissions or settings.
Frequency:
- The automation needs to operate in real-time or refresh every minute.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Zapier, Harvestapp, and HubSpot and Webhooks
- Strong background in CRM data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize the automation as needed.
Scope:
In this initial project phase we will
Use Zapier to:
1) Get Accepted Harvestapp Estimate information a) Estimate Name and b) HRN number (extracted from HRN Harvest app field)
2) Create new deal in hubspot and update this deal with estimate name for deal name and HRN $ amount extracted from HRN number field.

We are looking to see if this automation is possible to do without needing a webserver and just using Zapier web hooks or other Zapier functions.
