Zapier Automation Completion for Zoho CRM / Xero / Veeqo

I've started setting up some Zaps in Zapier, but I need a professional to finish and optimize them for me. The job involves pulling data from my Zoho CRM and inputting it into a database, as well as integrating data into Veeqo, my shipping platform.

The goal is to ensure all Zaps are functioning correctly and efficiently. You will need to be proactive in suggesting improvements to the current setup.
This is the work involved:
Task 1
2 zaps are already created called Sync Zoho CRM Sales Invoices with Xero Invoices. This zap is created so that any invoice created on Zoho CRM will automatically create a new Draft invoice in Xero. The problem is that we have 2 companies in Xero. One company is called “Wiz Floor Systems” and the other company is called “ELCOM”. You will see on the zap settings that depending on the filter chosen in zoho crm for the invoice, it should create the invoice in the correct company xero account. The issue is that currently when the zap is executed, it is creating the invoice in both xero accounts. Please fix so that it only creates one draft invoice in the correct Xero account.
the best tool for you to use is Paths by Zapier instead of Filter.
The Paths app lets you perform different actions in your Zap based on rules that you define. These rules determine whether the Zap will perform subsequent steps in the path. Paths use conditional logic: “If A happens in your trigger app, then do X. If B happens, then do Y.”
This way, you can have two Create Sales Invoice steps in Xero. One for Elcom and one for Wiz Floor Systems.

We want a zap or 2 zaps to be created that will automatically add a new order on to Veeqo everytime a new sales invoice is created on Xero. You will see we have already tried to create this in Zapier but it has not worked. You can edit our drafts and fix them if easier. We use Veeqo to create our shipping labels. So we need to make sure the shipping address from each xero invoice is correctly put into Veeqo in readiness for when we need to ship the order.

We basically want a zap to be created that will less us track and manage the quotations we send through Zoho crm effectively. The goal is to create a system where we can track quotations above £500 in value and then chase those quotations freely and easily.
Please try and create this by adding each record to a Zapier table with the functions and fields like the ones we have already created when we tried to do this ourselves. The table should also have a functions like when a button is pressed on the table it opens email client with a template email to send to customer chasing the quotation. Freelancer has option to also not use zapier tables but create a software in zapier instead if thats easier
