Zammad WHMCS Integration -- 2

We would like a clean integration of Zammad as a ticket system in WHMCS.

Functions:
- Replace existing form for creating tickets in WHMCS so that the tickets are created directly in Zammad via the API
- View of open tickets (incl. status, replies and images / attachments) for the customer
- Direct reply to a ticket
- User data synchronization WHMCS -> Zammad
- Make Zammad chat integration in WHMCS an option that can be activated
- German and English language file
- The integration should be editable via the settings in WHMCS
- Documentation of the code
