ZOOM API with mysql php , message error can't get acess token

I am in need of help identifying an error with an integration of a ZOOM API into a project I am working on. The error message I am getting is "Can't get access token". I have the necessary documentation for API setup and I am working with PHP And Mysql and its all runing on a nginx for wondows. I am looking for someone to help identify the issues and solve them.
