ZKTECO-type clock: PHP scripts (PUSH rotocol) -- 2

MANDATORY: THE FREELANCER MUST HAVE A ZKTECO-type device to test the scripts before every delivery.
PLEASE AVOID TO BID FREELANCERS WITHOUT REAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEVICES.
I am in need of a PHP developer to create scripts for a ZKTECO-type clock with access control features. The ideal candidate should have experience with the Laravel framework and be able to complete the project within 1-2 weeks. The main requirements for the scripts are as follows:
• Model Granding FA1-H (Chinese model that uses same PUSH protocol)
• Automatic and manual registration of new devices.
• Synchronization of users across different devices (copy/paste users).
• Modification of user data.
• Deletion of users from a device.
• Real-time and on-demand attendance marking registration.
• Laravel is prefered, if not posible, native PHP is ok.
• Source code must be provided
• Code must be commented
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.
- Experience with ZKTECO-type clocks or similar access control systems.
- Knowledge of biometric authentication methods and attendance tracking systems.
- The PHP scripts should be compatible with PHP version 7.0 - 7.3.
