Youtube Api Integration To Existing Laravel Website

I am looking for a skilled Laravel Api developer to integrate Youtube API into my existing Laravel website. Specifically, I need assistance with analytics tracking. I have some existing code that can be used as a starting point. The timeframe for completing the integration is flexible, but must be completed within a month.

Modules To Develop
1. Upload A Video From Laravel Website Admin Panel To Youtube
2. Manage and Display A Playlist From Laravel Website Admin Panel
3. For Creating Course Select A uploaded video To Display At Student End at Student Admin
4. Track A Youtube Videos Of Each Student View and If Video Paused Then Required To Resume To Watch From Previous Pause Timeline & Display a Track Of Each Student Course Video To Admin End To Get Tracking Details Of Each Student.
