YouTube tool - Export most viewed video of channels

Hi,
I need a YouTube tool which exports the most viewed video of a channel out of the last 18 videos. I also want it to export the number of views that video has and the date it was published.
I would want the tool to be made as a website not a program.
It should work similarly to this:
1.) I import a .txt with links to YouTube channels
2.) The tool checks these channels and finds the video with the most views out of the last 18 (I want this number to be variable, so I can change it in the future if I want)
3.) The tool exports the most viewed video - Title, Views, Date when it was published. There should be an option to export as .csv or excel file
