I need a customized Wordpress - WooCommerce theme from Scratch using an Html template based in Bootstrap 5.

IMPORTANT:
. I don’t want it to be built with Elementor or any other web builder
. I don’t want it to be built with DIVI or any other Premium themes.
I supply the final Html UI Kit and template files.
We are working in an existing web domain.
You are having an empty WooCommerce already installed.
FTP access to the root project.
