I am looking for a highly knowledgeable individual with expertise in MySQL, PHP, and app development to create a complete new business page and apps based on a concept that already exists. The project requires someone who can work with a detailed specification and has experience with database optimization, PHP coding, and then in a second time app development. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver the project within 3-4 weeks. I am searching for someone who could create a page and secured system to replicate the "rover.com" business in other countries, basically out of nowhere. I need someone able to create the whole system, including secured payments, create profiles for pet owners & people that take care of them.
So the idea of the business is to "uberize" pet care, meaning that people who want to earn some money walking pets or taking care of them would register, and clients who want a service would register too, payment will be through our platform and i would charge a certain % of the service
