Xibo Signage Admin/Backend Theme Customization

https://xibosignage.com/ is an open-source digital signage software. I want a new xibo theme that elevates the appearance and makes it unique from the standard installation. It does not require feature customization, only theming. I want a backend interface similar to this "Modern" Admin UI as you can see here. Customize the lok and feel on the frontpage/dashboard
Hide "Latest News" from Xibo
Customize the user profile menu (name shown by default) and arrow ...just like uBold demo
light/dark mode (optional) ...just like uBold demo
Collapsible/complete hide sidebar menu...just like uBold demo
Remove about/Manual on the sidebar left.
The color theme, button color/style, table, form should be revised and consistent through out the application
Use best practice theme development by Xibo as stated here https://xibosignage.com/docs/developer/themes and will not break when upgrading Xibo.
