Xero API Integration & Inventory Sync Expert
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm in need of a seasoned expert in Xero API integration to assist in synchronizing my inventory data from both Google Sheets OR MySQL database to Xero (if we connected the sheets first to mysql if its easier to sync to xero).
The project will involve setting up an inventory sync from three different Amazon FBA locations and Shopify. I have those 4 sheets in Google sheets with all asin codes, barcode and COG etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the current setup and provide expert advice on how to effectively sync inventory to Xero.
- Set up synchronization for inventory and creating locations in Xero.
- Consider and incorporate the need for managing multiple currencies (USD, UK Pound, AUD) into the sync process.
- Future-proof the setup for syncing suppliers, purchase orders, and other data to Xero.
I currently have Google Sheets with inventory data and costs of goods (COG) for each location. I need guidance on what else might be required to ensure the Xero inventory can accurately reflect values in our warehouses. A key consideration will be whether to use one currency or to incorporate forex values.

- Extensive experience with Xero API integration
