Xenforo expert developer needed to customise a plugin (long-term task) -- 2

We are trying to use xenforo forum software (xenforo.com) for a magazine or news portal-like website where the user will comment/discuss some news or articles. We have a customised design for it. For various tasks, such as review, we plan to use plugins. This is a long term task (series of projects for right experts) in which we will make changes to one module at a time.
For review, we are planning to use this plugin

However, we want to make some customisations like adding minor features to it like:
showing individual review score count,
showing average, showing review number, reply option,
unique review item option,
emoticons (reaction) for reviews,
sorting reviews,
Grouping review items,
Design correction as per the current theme.
So, we need someone who has experience working in xenforo.
Xenforo has its own coding structure, so xenforo experience is mandatory (otherwise, it will waste lots of time learning the coding style). Please do not bid if you don't have PHP coding experience/portfolio)
You don’t have to create any extra modules; just make changes to the existing review plugin.
Should write clean/expert-level design code and create a professional look.

However, it is not just mere colour changes; features should be added.
