Xenforo Theme Customization

I need to customize a theme name: PIE. On the home page, there is 3 total block/section. But I want to keep them in a single block/section. So that I can use a full-page background image to show my site look good. For your information, you should have to good knowledge of HTML & CSS to complete the task.
