Xenforo Forum Upgrade

We need to upgrade our forum to the latest version of Xenforo. It is currently running XenForo 1.5.23. The following addons are critical that must be working on the new Xenforo Country Flags 1.3.7 Post Ratings 1.7.5 VXF - Advanced Forum Statistics 1.6.2 [bd] Medal 1.5.5b [XFA] Custom Username Icons 3.5.0 Tapatalk 3.2.6 Post Ratings 1.7.5 These addons must be updated to their respected latest version that supports Xenforo 2.0. VXF - Advanced Forum Statistics 1.6.2 as far as I know there is no update for this addon. This one will need to be manually updated to Xenforo 2.0 The theme will also need to be updated and working on the new Xenforo 2.0
