XML data from URL to Wordpress users using WP API

I have a dynamic xml script which outputs xml data. Using the xml data, you should create wordpress users. The xml contains data like first name, last name, email, interests, bio, education etc.
by using loops, the xml output can be altered and basing on that output, i need an automated script which creates users automatically. Maybe using wp-api.
Let me know if you can do that.
