XML change on the fly PHP

Hi there,
I have this XML file:

I need to change price value based on these rules:
0-14.99 eur +60%
15-29.99 +55%
30-49.99 +52%
50-79.99 +50%
80-149.99 +48%
150-299.99 +45%
300 + 35%


The PHP file must download the file, then re-adapt and generate the output with the price modified.
