XML To Sync Properties

Real estate platform that list properties for agencies and realtors. as i am the one who built everything Note that it is Houzez Theme that already has
everything ready and I've got this task that i will be needing your experience with.

Brief:

a real estate agency who is already registered on the website is providing an XML with all of the property listing that include the title, description,
and more you can find that by simply checking the website so it should be uploaded to the website pointed to their profile so the listing can be synced.

Another Explanation:

and it has to be for each agency like for example i have an agency that has a registered profile on the website and they have properties listing with their
own CRM when they provide me with their XML i should assign in to their profile so the listing can be sync and it should display with the website format on
the listed properties

it can be a plugin to get auto to the agency that the XML belongs to with them listing and each listing with agent that owns it in their agency.
or a submit button from their own dashboard that you can check by simply going to the website.

Optional:

(as there are ready plugin's like Easily Import Real Estate Listings and more others which are ready its fine if you can find a solution that can fit with the requirements of my website theme )


i would like to know how will can you work on that and a solution to get it done basically from my wordpress dashboard.

Note i am looking for a developer for future cooperating.
