XML Feed Integration - Property / Real Estate

Hi we are looking for an external XML feed to be integrated into a property wordpress site. The feed needs to be masked (ie original file extension to be hidden or changed).

The feed needs to be incorporated into a new wordpress site, with search facility (bedrooms, area, etc).
