XENFORO BITCOIN / MONERO ESCROW USER TO USER PLUGIN

I need a plugin for xenforo.
4 Steps to create escrow:
1. Users can create trades with other Users. They select if they are buyer or seller and the User to trade with. They click next and go to 2. step
2.After selecting the User and the Role (buyer/seller) they select there cryptocurrency (bitcoin or monero) and enter amount in EURO, after they get the Rate in the selected cryptocurrency and they select the confirmation amount. they click next and go to 3. step.
3. in the last step they enter title and description of the object. and click next to go to step 4.
4. now they can see a overview of all selected and entered values. they can click open escrow now
this is how you can create escrows.
there must be a page where you see all open trades and also all recent closed trades.
You can click on details of any escrow trade.
first status must be waiting to accept escrow from other trades. The selected trader needs to get a notification and can click to confirm the trade details. After confirmationen status needs to be waiting for payment.
waiting for payment, after payment from buyer it must automaticly recognize your payment and after reaching selected confirmation amount it must be change to payment received, every status needs to get notificaiton to all users.
after payment received the buyer needs two buttons first is received my good give money to seller second button needs to be Open dispute. Also there must be a comment section where buyer and seller can write and also in dispute cases selected user groups also can moderate.
After clicking give money to seller, the seller needs to enter monero or bitcoin address (also needs right Regex if bitcoin is selected or monero is selected) and getting automaticly the money hold in escrow.
if he clicks on dispute, selected user groups will get notification and can see why dispute is opened.
it is very important that security is the most important step in this project. You can see screenshot of a working example in attachment.
