Writing a Telegram Bot

The task is to write a Telegram Bot that will check the user's subscriptions to certain channels before giving full functionality.
If the user is not subscribed to any of the channels, the bot will not grant access to the functions.
After subscribing, the user can send a certain ID, to which the Bot will issue a response taking into account the number sent by the person.
Simply put - the bot should give out the name of the movie by a certain ID sent by the user.
