Writer Circle Editor Plugin for WordPress

I am a writer and I am using posts to create chapters of my novels.
When I am logged in as Author (WordPress Role), I want to change the post category from my "In Shop" category to "For Review".
A "Reviewer" (WordPress Role) will see these documents AND ONLY THESE DOCUMENTS once logged in.
I want to have a "block" (paragraph) editor so a Reviewer can read my chapters and comment on any paragraph they wish. It would be nice to have opening and closing remarks. (Note: This is a feature of CritiqueCircle.com and it works very nicely but I want a platform that I can use other editors not a part of their site.)
When the Reviewer submits the completed review, the category is changed to complete and only the author (WordPress Role) can see the list of completed reviews. Each review will have the original text and the Reviewers comments.
