Write technical SaaS eCommerce Requirement Specification Doc

Hi there - I am seeking a freelance writer to help create a technical requirement specification document for my eCommerce project which will be web-based with Angular Front end and Laravel backend. We will meet over Google/Zoom and discuss the platform details, showing our current progress. The requirement specification document should include clear instructions and detailed descriptions of any custom features needed, as well as all requirements that must be fulfilled for a successful end result.
The freelancer hired for this job should have extensive experience with web-based software requirements / recommendations and a background in eCommerce and/or web applications. They should have the ability to create a detailed, yet succinct document that is easy to understand, yet thorough enough to guide the development process.
As the project progresses, I may need additional support to help refine the requirements specification document. The assigned freelancer should be available to provide support in a timely manner.
