Write a button executable script for my existing Google Sheet to launch a new browser window

A script to launch a new browser window based on a web adress informed by the selection of two existing drop down menu selections in my Google Sheet. Any one of three particlular words selected in the first drop down menu will default to a fourth word input to the web adress.
Below is the format of the web adress and attached is an image of my existing Sheet console
