Write 2 x PHP Scripts to Insert & Sync Google Cal. Events from MySQL

I am looking for a skilled PHP developer to create 2 scripts that will help me insert and sync Google Calendar events from MySQL.
Purpose:
- The primary purpose of these scripts is to insert events into Google Calendar from the data stored in MySQL.
Scope:
- This is an ongoing project, as I will continuously need to insert and sync events between Google Calendar and MySQL.
Data:
- The data stored in MySQL primarily consists of user details.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in PHP programming and MySQL database management.
