Write HTML (generate and do corrections) and PHP for website I have already designed with ADOBE XD.

The website has about 200 items with checkbox selections. Those selected items should be sent to our email through "submit". In submit page there are details that customer should tick or write. A reference number should be auto generated when submit the selections.
