Seeking Deputy Expert for Workflow Automation & Integration Setup
Description:
We are looking for an experienced Deputy expert to help streamline our workflows, reduce manual data entry, and ensure compliance within the platform. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating Deputy with Xero and other systems, optimizing scheduling, payroll, and compliance automation.
Scope of Work:
Deputy & Xero Integration: Automate payroll processing, award interpretation, and labor cost tracking.
Workflow Optimization: Implement automated alerts, shift approvals, compliance checks, and real-time reporting.
Data Entry Reduction: Set up automation to sync timesheets, leave requests, and pay runs seamlessly.
Compliance & Fair Work Act Alignment: Ensure Deputy is configured for proper break tracking, overtime calculations, and legal compliance.
Reporting & Analytics: Customize reports to track labor costs, missed shifts, and scheduling inefficiencies.
User Training & Documentation: Provide training sessions and documentation for staff to maximize usability.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience with Deputy setup, integrations, and automation.
Familiarity with Xero, payroll systems, and labor law compliance.
Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-location businesses is a plus.
Ability to provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
