WorkdPress - Fluent CRM/WP Fusion help and guidance

I am looking for a knowledgeable consultant to help to finish up a website I am launching and looking for someone to help me set up a few Fluent CRM email campaigns, make sure WP Fusion are all set up. I also want to register folks for webinars I want to host, track when they haven't logged in for a certain number of days then start them on a campaign to log back in, there are 28 steps in my program and want to reward them for completing each step etc. I had a programmer who says the software is built but I need assistance in understanding it and implementing it. Would prefer good English speaking, and EST to talk on the phone. Could evolve into additional work. I am not a technical guy but a marketing guy and patience would be appreciated.
