Work with Google Map's API and issue from previous developer

Our Domain is Homelodgers.com.
1. Some issue with the parent company's API needed to be solved, which might take some lookaround as things are there.
2. I need integration of Google Map's which should be hovering around on our properties and giving them details.
Deadline for part 1 is 3 hours from time of accepting the project. It might be way quicker as I have the references of where the data is and it is already there and Deadline for part 2 it is 2 days after part 1 is done.
Only Shortlisted freelancers will be getting detailed project documents.
