Work on exisiting application
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We have a marketing application that uses mail merge fields. The application offers mortgage and real estate marketing services in the US. The items that need additional work are: (1). There is a database in SQL called Private Mortgage Insurance. When purchasing a home in the US, and the down payment for the purchase is less then 20%, then the buyer pays mortgage insurance to cover the loan in case of default. The downpayment is entered in the loan options 1, through 8, that we offer. Loan options 1 through 4 are already connected to [[private_mortgage_insurance_1]] through 4 , now loan options 5,6,7, and 8 need to be extended to [[single_property_private_mortgage_insurance_1]] 2, and 3, and [[property_private_mortgage_insurance_1]] 2,3,and and .
(2). Please look at the Rebates image below. The rebate field needs to be extended to the [[property_loan_rebate_1]] 2, 3 and 4 fields. They are currently extended to loan options 1,2,3 and 4, and loan options 5,6,7, and 8. need to be extended to [[property_loan_rebate_1]] 2, 3 and 4 fields
(3) The emails that I send to Outlook accounts, take longer then they shoulld to upload, this issue is only in Outlook, they load up with no issues in Gmail and handheld devices.
