Work on PHP / Javascript page for URL arguments

It's a PHP page I would like codes in having URL processing for files and folders. I have a recursion code, and a file manager code with many codes to all put in one. No GUI is needed, and anytime it should show data it should be without any code or styling. I am not downloading a file but viewing the data from one file and uploading must have the same date modified from the file uploaded locally. This PHP create, move, delete, rename, upload, download and uses a timezone for some details. It needs to have good arguments for calling with all it's features. Possible the majority of codes are available to create one PHP webshell relay and need to find someone experienced with PHP / Javascript to answer questions I may have. Not interested in using a software for code or design at this point in time but later if it can build a front end you should tell me what you are using ~ but it won't be necessary for this project.
