Wordpress website update (redesign, custom indivudualizations,...)
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
We have a responsive website including a member area.
We would like to fix a few bugs there and have some innovations / further developments implemented, incl:
1. Portal: Ultimate Member
a. installation and customization of the addon for the ultimate completeness of the member profile.
b. bug fixing: some profile pictures are not displayed correctly in the user list
c. email templates for registration & communication emails
d. Rearrangement of portal page (now menue list on left, feed in middle, additional info on right) to a new dashboard/control center (boxes based on menue items with latest content or random information, no feed – think of all latest news, information and a few KPIs on one page with the opportunity to read more through click on box and a smart solution to never get lost on sub-pages)
2. Restricted content
a. we have pdfs and other content that must not be accessible to certain user roles, not even via the ULR, content should be easy to manage for admins
b. If possible have a kind of a data explorer or similar for users browsing information
3. Events:
a. form for event speakers who are included in the speaker list of the Onevent plugin and are automatically added to the corresponding event after confirmation.
b. email templates for event (booking & confirmation)
c. Show attendee list with name, company, job title and user-link in ultimate member to user with role member on event page (plugin provides the opportunity, needs to be modified in terms of list content and visibility to specific user role)
4. External Database integration & update for funding calls: Display the content of a database with filters and keyword search on a restricted page in the internal area. If possible, implementation of a subscription based on filters and keywords with push notifications or weekly/monthly email on new articles
5. Web crawler for jobs: web crawler with a few pre-defined sites as sources feeding (adding, updating) our job board
6. Improve the design of the “member profile” (qbn member, not users) template that is feeded from a separate form.
7. UX-optimized contribution submission incl. additional info in forms (e.g. minimum & maximum image size when uploading)
