We have several sites we manage. Clients can post offers on the wordpress sites. We want to create a universal website where offers are redirected/forwarded/xml to the site and external sites.
What we would like to do is make a website which will be the dashboard to all sites.
Member has their own login credentials.

dashboard consists of:
1. My page
2. Offers
3. News
***My page contains:
- Header image
- Logo (not shown but for watermark)
- Profile image
- Name
- Bio
- Email (Show not show)
- Phone (Show not show)
- Profile photos
- Product categories choices
- Enter which markets they are situated and days.
- Connect to social media of member and autopost.
- Connect to website of member (later)
For images we would like to see it is automatically adjusted to a specific size. So all is the same on the whole site. Also it should be minimised in MB/KB.

- Show current offers
- Show old offers (which can be activated again)
Both current and old offers are shown in overview with image and title. Old offers have a button to activate them. If clicked, ad is shown and can be edited and than posted.
- Add new offer. Three steps to add new offer:
1. Enter title and text. No editor. just plain text.
2. Add photo from file or make one with camera. Or choose one from database (pixabay connection)
The photo needs to get a watermark (logo) from the user.
If possible can the images go per user in their own folder? So if they want to use again this is easier.
3. Enter markets available. (when exporting the offer to the life sites)
4. Enter weeks to display ad.
5. Check if it has to be an evergreen ad or not.
Special offers automated.
When the user hasn't put any advertisements automatically the evergreen ads are shown ad random but evenly.

We already have some mockups for the design. Mobile first design. Most important is it works. Design we can do later.
So we need somebody who can make the "advertising management site".
From here ads are forwarded to the network of sites. Specifield on settings/markets.
The images have one central library for the images. In the live sites they are shown based on the link to the library.
