Wordpress site with booking system

We are a business promotion company who have a massive overflow of work right now, which we are looking to outsource. Please read the brief below and make sure you understand our requirements. There will be plenty more work for the correct developer in the future too. It is crucial that the system works, you are free to remove any bugs we find, it MUST be delivered within the time frame, correctly.
You will show visuals before proceeding with the build, and the build must match the signed off visuals. It is important that the system is simple and easy to use, so user interface experience is essential.
Our first project is for a micro gym. They require a wordpress site to allow members to create an account and book their sessions online. There is no requirement for online payments.
The site as a hole will be very very basic minus the booking system (homepage, about, equipment, faq, contact)
The booking system will allow members to create an account and book their sessions.
The admin will allocate each member with credits which they pay for on location. The credits will be active for 30 days and allow them to book sessions (up to 6 weeks ahead) on the booking system with them.
Admin area:
Overview area (how many active members, how many active credits)
Create/edit/view members (Name, number, email address, credits, credits history, session history)
create/edit/view sessions and calendar (Session name, session length, session capacity, time and date)
Customer area:
Overview area (how many credits they have and which sessions they have booked)
Calendar (allow them to book sessions, using 1 of their credits)
The system will send the customer an SMS to remind them of their sessions 24 hours before it starts.
